If you live outside of the US and would like to place an order: email us your shipping address with a list of the items you would like to purchase.
We will send you an invoice that includes a shipping price for your location and we will hold your item for 24 hours awaiting payment.

JEWELRY Return Policy
Jewelry comes with a 30 day warranty. If it's a craftsmanship problem it will either be repaired, replaced or refunded (depending on availability).
Shipping prices have increased dramatically in the US. If you ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange you must pay all shipping expenses.
Please keep in mind: the jewelry is made from USED Instrument strings so it may contain some blemishes or discoloration, but that is also part of the "charm". Not all jewelry is made for everyday use and not all jewelry will last forever. Please read each item's individual description for recommended use. The actual color of the item may differ slightly from the photo.
